Performing your first synchronization
takes just a few minutes. First, you'll perform
a HotSync to transfer the ACT! for Palm OS application
to your Palm handheld. |

Then, you'll perform another sync
to get your ACT! database, including contacts, calendar,
notes, histories on your Palm handheld choosing
from these settings. Even choose which Groups and
User Fields to sync. |

Any changes made on the Palm, including
cleared activities, will be reflected in your Windows
desktop after each HotSync operation. |

Changes made on your desktop will
also be reflected on your Palm. |
 |
Group names, drop down list entries,
and custom field labels that are created in ACT!
are synchronized to the Palm for a consistent experience
whether in ACT! or the Palm OS. |
