ACT! Link 2.0 is free to all ACT! 2000/5.0 customers via download from www.zoft80.com.
Once you download and install it, choose Palm Hot Sync Setup from the ACT! Tools menu.
Next, configure the Global Settings for synchronization (used each time you click or press the HotSync button) through the dialog display.
Set these options once and you can set them and forget them!
