Being on top of your staff's activities has never been easier than now with TeleMagic Enterprise. New enhancements to the Activity Manager include: 

Pending Activity List

Want to quickly call on an activity linked to a contact without having to open the Activity Manager? The Contact Manger's has now a Pending Activity List. This list includes the ability to click an icon or press a single keystroke to quickly dial the contact linked to your activity. This allows you to complete a Call type activity without ever opening the Activity Manager. It's a new feature that allows power dialing from a browse screen and it's a real time saver.

Group Scheduling and Activity Group Assignment

TeleMagic fully supports group scheduling in addition to standard activity assignments. You can create an activity that will be completed by more than one TeleMagic user. This is useful for meetings, events and projects that impact a team of users. Simply select the individual or group and TeleMagic shows you the time when everyone is available. The integrity of the activities is maintained by having only one "owner" for any group activity. Others in the group can view activity detail and add comments, but only the use creating the activity can edit existing comments or other specifics.

Resource Management

Do you have resources that must be shared by different departments or within the same department? With TeleMagic Enterprise, users can create an activity to reserve those resources for a given date and time, avoiding conflicts when multiple users wish to use the same resource. No more shared resource struggles! TeleMagic Enterprise helps optimize your resource management. 

Reassign Incomplete Activities to Another User

Have you ever had someone resign or get different job responsibilities and wondered how to handle their incomplete activities? This problem has been solved in TeleMagic Enterprise. The Activity Manager allows you to reassign all incomplete activities in a specific time range from one user to another user. This feature helps assure that tasks and assignments are completed regardless of where they were originally assigned. 

Roll Over Incomplete Activities to Another Day

Another time-saving feature of TeleMagic Enterprise is the ability to rollover incomplete activities from one date to the next. This is useful in the event your calendar has become overbooked, or if you will be out of the office and unable to complete activities scheduled during that time. TeleMagic can move any uncompleted activities forward to remind you to finish them. 

Assigned Activity Notification

TeleMagic Enterprise will automatically notify you of assigned activities as you launch the software. This feature can help you keep track of new activities that have been assigned to you. You can also access a complete list of every task that has been assigned to or by you directly from the Activity menu. This gives you a quick reference to all past and pending assignments. 

Other Functionality Added to the Activity Manager

  • You can check your availability when you are scheduling new activities. You can also see the availability of other users as well.
  • Holiday maintenance allows you to set up all holidays from one easy menu.
  • The Recycle icon allows you to undo a deleted activity, To-Do or extended activity.
  • Contact details have been added to the calendar page.
  • View your activity details in calendar month view.
  • Add or edit activities from the month view
  • Activities can be added on-the-fly right from the contact manager.
  • Optimized speed allows for faster date entry.
