Contacts are one of, if not the, most important parts of your business. By using TeleMagic Enterprise, you will have better control over your contacts and make your communication with them a more profitable experience. Here are some of the improvements you will see by using to TeleMagic Enterprise:

Check for Duplicate Records

An accurate database is one of the most effective tools for making your telemarketing, direct mail or fax broadcasting effective. With TeleMagic Enterprise, you can have the program check for duplicate records when you add a record. All you need to do is specify which fields are to remain unique and TeleMagic does the rest. When a duplicate record is found, you are notified so you can resolve the duplication issue. By having TeleMagic constantly checking for duplicates, the database will clean itself up in no time. With a clean database, you'll save hundreds of dollars in mailings, faxes and phone expenses. 

Quick Add Option

A Quick Add option has been placed on the menu to streamline adding contact records. Adding a new contact has never been easier. Simply select the Quick Add menu item, add the information and you're ready for business.

Schedule Calls for Your Sales Team

Have you ever wanted to set up a filter and then have everyone in that filter scheduled for a call back? Now you can! A good example of when this is useful is when you bring leads from a trade show. You can automatically schedule call backs for filtered groups directly onto your sales peoples' calendars. You can assign a set number of leads per sales person, or spread them evenly. Staying in touch with your contacts has never been easier. 

See a List of Documents Sent to a Customer

If you think you sent a customer a fax last week but need to verify that you sent it, the Document History list can tell you for sure. Each time you print or fax a document to a client, it is added to a list specific to that contact. This new feature can quickly put your hands on the information you need, when you need it. You'll be more organized than ever before.

Wireless Messaging

TeleMagic's new wireless messaging feature makes it possible for you to page contacts or clients without ever picking up a phone. Send wireless messages to contacts or TeleMagic users and automatically notify users of assigned activities and e-mail. Contain pager numbers for automatic dialing. Imagine the time and you can notify your staff of appointments while they're still in the field. (Requires paging service provider - Call for information on compatible providers).

Other Functionality Added to the Contact Manager 

  • A Recall field in the Contact Manager and date to make setting recalls easier.
  • A Last Call field keeps track of the last time a call was placed to a contact. You can sort on this field, making it easy to track contacts who are due for a call.
  • The Multiple Index Search allows searching for information in multiple fields instead of one at a time.
  • You can import and export Quick Text to and from text edit regions (such as memo fields, Notepad Only records, etc.).
